Would highly recommend- oh and as a bloke I know sleeping on silk seems weird, but it is so nice not to wake up with strands of hair on my pillow to remind me of my previous predicament. My hair actually looks healthier than ever!

I had heard that silk has very special anti aging benefits on the skin, but I really did not expect to see the results that I have. My hair in the morning is not fuzzy, no more bed head. The quality of my hair has also improved and I am finding that if I blow dry my hair and style it, it lasts several days instead of looking 'destroyed' the next day! I have also noticed after sleeping on it for 6 weeks that I have no creases on my face in the morning. My skin is less dry and better moisturised and less wrinkles! I also used to get a bit of excema around my ears and redness- it has gone. I thought it may be something else that I was doing but then I looked on the white lotus blog and saw all of the scientific research and clinical trials that have been done with silk- It is an amazing material with so many proteins that are good for the skin. The research that was conducted showing that it helped excema, thrush, sleep lines/creases- hair etc are genuine! I will never sleep on cotton again!. I also love the oxford style case. It has a rim around the pillow case of around 7cm of extra silk. It looks really classy on the bed. I also love the range of colours, I have a blue and pearl grey pair now. They are very easy to wash , I just throw them in the washing machine, so easy. I thought silk was very fragile, it is not- it is one of the strongest fabrics! It just depends what quality you buy. This one is 19momme, which is really thick. I love them and will be buying all of my friends and family one for birthdays and christmas!

I originally bought one of the silk pillow cases for a friends birthday present. She raved about it so I got one for my mum and myself. She was right. It is lovely. My hair doesn't frizz in the morning and somehow I sleep alot better!Don't know about the anti aging, only time will tell!My mum has also commented on how good her hair still looks in the morning.
